Shipping & Packaging Policy

Domestic Shipping (Australia Post)

• We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $15 for all domestic orders within Australia.

• For express postage, please contact us first for a quote.

Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process and dispatch your order.

Once your order has shipped, we’ll provide you with tracking information from Australia Post. Please note that delivery times depend on Australia Post and typically range from 2 to 10 business days.

We happily ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers, so feel free to use those as your delivery address.

Currently, we only ship within Australia.

Extra Insurance

If you’d like to add insurance to your order, it’s available at $2.95 per $100 of coverage.
Please message us before placing your order so we can adjust your invoice accordingly.

Click & Collect / Local Pickup

We do not currently offer a Click & Collect service.

However, if you live in Sydney, we may be able to deliver your order to you for free — just ask!

Additionally, we regularly attend conventions, fetes, and markets throughout Sydney. You can choose to pick up your order from our stall at one of these events.

Packaging

We package every order carefully to ensure it arrives in great condition. This includes:

• Bubble wrap, packing peanuts, tough plastic bags, and sturdy cardboard boxes

• Singles shipped in waterproof plastic sleeves

• High-value cards protected by top loaders

Whenever possible, we use upcycled and eco-friendly packaging to reduce waste and protect the environment.
