1. Agreement

By browsing this website or placing an order (“Order”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which constitute a legally binding agreement between Goat Wine Games (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) and You (“the Customer”) for the supply of products and services.

You are responsible for taking precautions to ensure your method of accessing the website does not expose you to viruses, malicious code, or other forms of interference that may damage your computer system. We take no responsibility for any such damage that may arise from your use of the website.

2. Pricing

  • Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice.

  • Once an order has been accepted by us and a purchase contract formed, any subsequent price changes will not affect your order.

  • All prices listed exclude delivery costs, which are shown at checkout.

3. Product Specifications and Attributes

We make every effort to ensure product information is accurate. However:

  • Product attributes such as player count, recommended age, or descriptions are sourced from suppliers and may occasionally be incomplete or out of date.

  • We will not make material changes to product features or specifications without notice.

4. Orders

  • Orders may be placed by following the instructions on our website.

  • By placing an order, you enter into an agreement to purchase the selected product(s).

  • Orders are deemed received once Goat Wine Games sends a confirmation email.

  • Goat Wine Games is an online business and communicates primarily via email. You are responsible for ensuring your contact details are correct and your nominated email is regularly checked.

  • If a product has a purchase limit, any quantities exceeding that limit will be refunded.

  • If we suspect that purchases are being made for resale or scalping, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

  • In the event an order is cancelled prior to dispatch, a full refund will be issued, with confirmation sent via email.

  • We are not responsible for orders declined or delayed due to internet disruptions.

  • Goat Wine Games is not liable for delays in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we are entitled to a reasonable extension of time to perform our obligations.

  • If you provide an incorrect delivery address, a redelivery fee will apply for each subsequent delivery attempt.

5. Pre-Orders 

Currently we are unable to accept paid pre-orders. This is due to the consistently fluctuating stock levels with suppliers and manufactures. 
We do offer an expressions of interest list, and you may email us your requests. Once stock is available, we contact customers on the list in number order. 

6. Payments

  • Payment can be made using your nominated credit card or another method offered during checkout.

  • If your payment triggers Shopify’s fraud prevention protocols, we may request additional verification before processing your order.

    • If verification is not received within 3 days, the order will be cancelled, and payment refunded.

  • If product stock levels are incorrect, we will notify you via email and either issue a full refund or offer a similar replacement product.

7. Delivery and Ownership of Goods

  • We strive to dispatch all orders within 3–5 business days.

  • Shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Goat Wine Games accepts no liability for such delays.

  • Customers may cancel their order and receive a full refund any time prior to dispatch.

  • If you authorize delivery without a signature, any included insurance cover is void.

  • Products are delivered via Australia Post or another postal service during local business hours (9am–5pm, Monday to Friday).

  • Once dispatched, delivery tracking and arrangements are the customer’s responsibility. Goat Wine Games is not liable for any inaccuracies in tracking information provided by Australia Post or other carriers.

8. Faulty or Damaged Goods & Change of Mind Returns

  • Goat Wine Games will replace or refund faulty or damaged products in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and our Refund Policy.

  • Change-of-mind returns are accepted if:

    • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original, resaleable packaging; and

    • The return is requested within 30 days of purchase.

  • Return postage for change-of-mind refunds is the buyer’s responsibility.

9. Privacy Policy

By placing an order or contacting Goat Wine Games, you agree that:

  • We may store, process, and use your data to process and fulfill your order.

  • Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].

10. Amendments

Goat Wine Games reserves the right to make changes to this website and these Terms and Conditions without notice.
Any changes will apply prospectively from the time they are published and will not affect existing contracts entered into prior to that date.
